Book a measure-and-design visit

We measure the room, photograph it, check for moisture and draw it to scale. Within 5 working days you get a plan, a line-item budget and a consent check with the clause named. It is yours whether or not we build the job.

3. Visit times and contact

Give us up to three times that suit. We confirm one of them by email within 1 working day; nothing is booked until you have that email.

No payment is taken today

We're not taking payments yet. Joining the list costs nothing and reserves nothing: we contract a bathroom crew, a licensed plumber and a registered electrician in an area before we sell a visit there.

    We email to confirm one of the times you gave us. Nothing is booked until you have that email.

    The visit

    60 to 75 minutes: measure, photos, moisture readings, subfloor look where safe, fixtures and fan.

  3. 3

    Within 5 working days

    Scaled plan, line-item budget, consent check with the Schedule 1 clause named, asbestos flag and a written scope.

    Your call

    Nothing else is charged unless you accept a fixed-price contract. Sign within 6 months and the fee comes off it.

Questions about the visit

Why is the visit not free?

Because a free visit is a sales call and the plan belongs to whoever paid for it. Every bathroom company we found in New Zealand offers a free consultation, and none of them hands you a scaled plan and a line-item budget you can take elsewhere. Ours you can.

What happens in the 60 to 75 minutes?

We measure the room and every fixture, photograph each wall and the floor, take non-invasive moisture readings around the shower and the bath, look at the subfloor from below where there is safe access, and check the fixtures, the waste positions and the extractor fan.

When do I get the plan?

Within 5 working days of the visit. If it is late, the fee comes back in full.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, in full, until 24 hours before the confirmed visit time, or if we cannot offer you a visit within 10 working days of payment, or if the plan is not with you within 5 working days of the visit. After it is delivered the fee is not refundable, because you have the plan and the budget. It is still credited to a contract signed within 6 months. Terms of trade.

Do I have to use you for the build?

No. The plan, the budget and the consent check are yours. If you take them to another company, that is a fair outcome for a paid piece of work. You lose only the credit.

What if you don't cover my area?

Then you join the waitlist and nothing is charged. There is a tick box on the form to say you would be happy for us to pass your enquiry to a bathroom specialist who does cover you, and we would be paid a referral fee for that. No such arrangement exists yet, so nothing gets passed on until one does.
